MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION In the different figures, the same references designate identical or similar elements. In the description which follows, the indications of positioning in space such as top, bottom, top, bottom, horizontal, vertical etc. are given for clarity of description, depending on the position of usual use of the slide and the seat, but are not limiting. FIG. 1 represents a motor vehicle seat 1 which includes a backrest 2 mounted on a seat 3. The seat in question may for example be a second or third row rear seat, but could also be a front seat. The seat 3 is fixed to the floor P of the vehicle by means of slides 4 which allow the seat 1 to slide on the floor P in a longitudinal direction X horizontal, forwards and backwards. The direction X can be confused or not with the direction of advance of the vehicle. The slides are usually two in number and may each include a fixed section 5 secured to the floor P and a movable section 6 which slides on the fixed section 5 and which carries the backrest 2 and the seat 3 of the seat. The fixed profile can be locked in position on the fixed profile by a mechanical lock and / or by an electric slide actuation device (known per se). In the particular case considered here, the slides 4 can be electrically controlled and can be actuated by a seat user using an actuating member 7 such as a bidirectional control button, but this arrangement does not is not mandatory in the context of the invention. The movable profiles 6 of the two slides 4 together form a base carrying the backrest 2 and the seat 3. As a variant, the seat could be devoid of slides 4 and the base could be constituted by a part of the floor P of the vehicle. The backrest 2 of the seat is provided with an articulation mechanism 10, which makes it possible to pivot the backrest 2 forwards and backwards, in particular around a transverse axis Y1 which is horizontal and perpendicular to the direction longitudinal X. The movements of the backrest 2 can be controlled electrically by the user, for example by two actuating members 8, 9 such as bidirectional control buttons, as will be explained below. These provisions are not however compulsory, the movements of the backrest 2 possibly being carried out manually without an electric adjustment device. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the frame of the backrest 2 can be made of metal or other resistant material and can optionally include in particular: - two lateral flanges 11, - a background 12, - a crossing upper 13 connecting the ends superior of side flanges 11. The frame of the seat 3 may be made of metal or other resistant material and may optionally include in particular a front cross member 14 and a rear cross member 15 between which is stretched a suspension ply 16 which carries the padding (not shown) of the 'seated. The frame of the seat 3 may further comprise two curved connecting rods 17 parallel, disposed respectively on the two sides of the seat. Each curved connecting rod 17 has a generally substantially L-shaped shape comprising a first section 18a substantially horizontal towards the front and a second section 18b extending upwards and backwards from the first section 18a, up to a rear end which is pivotally mounted on the corresponding flange 11 of the backrest, around a transverse axis Y2 parallel to the axis Y1 and disposed above the axis Y1 in the normal position of use. The first sections 18a of the two curved connecting rods 17 are connected together by the front crosspieces 14 and rear 15, and define a support part on which a user can sit. The front ends of the first sections 18a of the two curved connecting rods 17 are pivotally mounted on the upper ends of two parallel front connecting rods 19, about an axis of rotation Y3 transverse parallel to the axis Y1. The lower ends of the front connecting rods 19 are pivotally mounted on the movable profiles 6 of the slides, in particular on the rigid supports 6a fixed to said movable profiles 6, around a transverse axis of rotation Y4 parallel to the axis Y1. Each front link 19 is movable between a raised position corresponding to a normal position for using the seat (FIGS. 2-4) and a position folded forward. As shown in FIG. 5, the lower end of one of the front connecting rods 19 (or if necessary of the two front connecting rods 19) can be provided with a toothed sector 20 centered on the axis Y4, which meshes with a pinion 21 controlled by an electric geared motor 22 fixed to the support 6a. In the event that the seat is not electrically controlled, these provisions can be omitted. The seat 1 further comprises, on the two sides of the seat, respectively two rigid back legs 23, for example metallic, which can for example each extend in a plane XZ, where Z is a vertical axis. The two file legs can optionally be connected to each other by at least one rigid cross member 23a (FIGS. 3 and 13). The backrest 2 is pivotally mounted on the backrest legs 23 by said articulation mechanism 10, if necessary by two articulation mechanisms 10 arranged on both sides of the seat and controlled synchronously, as in the example shown. The or each articulation mechanism 10 may for example be a cam and grain articulation mechanism, movable between a locked position where said articulation mechanism 10 immobilizes the backrest 2 relative to the backrest legs 23 and an unlocked position where the backrest 2 can pivot relative to the backrest legs 23 about the axis Y1. A non-limiting example of such an articulation mechanism is given in document FR2928881A1. Each backrest base 23 is fixed on the corresponding support 6a by a selectively lockable locking device to lock the backrest base 23 on the support 6a and unlockable to release the backrest base 23. Optionally, a single locking device 24 could be provided on one side of the seat only. Each backrest base 23 is also connected to the corresponding support 6a by a first rear link and a second rear link 26. The first rear link 25 is pivotally mounted on the support 6a by a low pivot around a transverse axis of rotation Y6 and on the corresponding backrest base 23 by a high pivot around a transverse axis of rotation Y5. The first two rear connecting rods 25 can be connected together by a rigid cross-member 25a (FIG. 13). The second rear link 26 is pivotally mounted on the support 6a by a low pivot around a transverse axis of rotation Y8 and on the back support 23 by a high pivot around a transverse axis of rotation Y7. The two second rear connecting rods 26 can be connected to each other by a rigid cross-member 26a (FIG. 13). The axes of rotation Y5-Y8 are parallel to the axis Y1 and the pivots will be designated below by the designation of the axes of rotation Y5-Y8. The bottom pivot Y6 of the first rear link 25 is located towards the front of the bottom pivot Y8 of the second rear link 26, and the top pivot Y5 of the first rear link 25 is located at a level higher than the top pivot Y7 of the second rear link 2 6 when the backrest base is locked on the support 6a. The top pivot Y5 of the first rear link 25 may also be disposed rearwardly with respect to the top pivot Y7 of the second rear link 26 when the backrest base 23 is locked on the support 6a. The first rear link 25 may have a generally L-shaped general shape which has a first section 27 and a second section 28, the first section 27 of the first rear link 25 being connected to the support 6a by the low pivot Y6 of the first rear link 25, the second section 28 of the first rear link 25 being connected to the back support 23 by the high pivot Y5 of the first rear link, the first section 27 of the first rear link 25 being disposed substantially horizontally and the second section 28 of the first rear link 25 extending upwards from the first section 27 when the backrest base 23 is locked on the support 23. As a variant, the first rear link 25 may have a generally straight shape. The backrest 2 can also include an actuating device 29 controlling the articulation mechanisms 10 and the locking devices 24. This actuating device 2 9 can for example be fixed to the bottom 12 of the backrest 2. The device actuation 29 can control two cables 30, 31 which respectively actuate the articulation mechanisms 10 and the locking devices 24. The actuation device 29 can for example be a pulley device of the type described in French patent application No. 1855919 filed on June 28, 2018. The actuating device 29 may include an electric actuator of any known type (motor or other), or else be manually controlled if the seat is not electrically controlled. As shown in FIG. 6, the cable 31 can for example be connected to a control lever 32 controlling one of the articulation mechanisms 10, connected by a coupling bar 33 to a similar control lever 32 controlling the other mechanism hinge 10 when provided. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the cable 30 can be connected to a control lever 34 of one of the locking devices 24, connected by a connecting bar 35 to a similar control lever 34 controlling the other device locking 24 when provided. The control lever 34 may for example be secured to a locking cam 39 pivotally mounted on a plate 36 secured to the backrest base 23, about a transverse axis of rotation Y 10, parallel to the axis Y1. The locking cam 39 can control a locking hook 37 which is mounted on the plate around a transverse axis of rotation Y9 transverse, parallel to the axis Y1. The locking hook 37 is adapted to hang on an anchoring member 41 secured to the support 6a, for example a rigid metal rod welded to the support 6a. The locking hook 37 can be urged by a spring 38 towards an unlocking position where said locking hook 37 does not interfere with the anchoring member 41, and it can be moved by the locking cam 39, under the effect of a cam spring 40 stronger than the spring 38, in a locking position (visible in FIG. 7) where said locking hook 37 hooks onto the anchoring member 41 thereby locking the base file 23 to support 6a. It will be noted that the locking device 24 could be of any other known type. When the seat is electrically controlled, it may include an electric control device 11, for example a microcontroller or, where appropriate, a dedicated electric circuit, which is configured to control the locking devices 24, the articulation mechanisms 10 and the motorized adjustment 22 of the front connecting rods 19. More precisely, in the case described here, the electrical control device 11 can control the actuating device 29 and the motorized adjustment device 22 of the front connecting rods 19, as well as if necessary the adjustment slide rails 4. As shown in FIG. 8, the electrical control device 11 (CONTR) can be controlled by the above-mentioned actuating members 7, 8, 9 and is connected to the actuating device 29 (ACT), to the electric adjustment motor Ml slides 4, to the motorized adjustment device 22 (M2) of the front connecting rods 19, as well as to sensors SENS1, SENS2 (in particular position sensors) respectively indicating the unlocked state of the articulation mechanisms 10 and of the locking devices 24. The electrical control device 11 is configured to operate normally in a locking mode where the locking devices 24 lock the back legs 23 on the supports 6a, the articulation mechanisms 10 are in the locked position and the motorized adjustment device 22 is not activated. On actuation of the actuating member 7, the electrical control device 11 is adapted to control an adjustment of the slides 4. On actuation of the actuating member 8, the electrical control device 11 is adapted to control the actuating device 29 to put the articulation mechanisms 10 in the unlocked position and then operate the motorized adjustment device 22 while leaving the back legs 23 locked on the supports 6a. The user can thus adjust the inclination of the backrest 2 forwards and backwards for his comfort (including by putting the backrest 2 in the relaxation position largely inclined towards the rear, as shown in FIG. 9, or the user can rotate the backrest to a substantially horizontal retracted position such as that shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. In this retracted position, the front connecting rods 19 are in the folded forward position and the rear face of the backrest 2 may for example be an extension of the floor P, or at least of the part of the floor P located at the rear of the seat 1 (in particular if it is a second or third row seat) The actuation of the actuating member 8 in the opposite direction then makes it possible to return to the normal position of use. On actuation of the actuating member 9, the electrical control device 11 is adapted to control the actuating device 29 to unlock the locking devices 24 to release the backrest base 23 then operate the motorized adjustment device 22 while leaving the articulation mechanisms 10 in the locked position. The user can thus fold the backrest 2 forward substantially horizontally, starting from the normal position for using the seat, to put the backrest 2 in a console position higher than the retracted position. This console position can possibly allow the rear face of the backrest 2 to be used as an armrest for at least one neighboring seat. During this movement, the front connecting rods 19 pivot to the folded forward position and the rear connecting rods 25, 26 are uncrossed, the high pivot Y5 of the first rear connecting rod 25 then finding itself forward relative to the high pivot Y7 of the second rear connecting rod 26. The actuation of the actuating member 9 in the opposite direction then makes it possible to return to the normal position of use.
